Imperium Real Estate uses an industry-leading online property management software system that give owners access to their information in real time, from anywhere they have an internet connection. Owners can create an online user ID and password to access their accounts and review both current and archived statements.
If you are an owner with multiple properties, or a company with multiple portfolios of properties, owner statements and reports can be customized for each portfolio or by individual property. Report types can be customized to fit each owner or property to really focus in on what is important.
We have the ability to pay our clients electronically, within our property management software, via ACH transfers. This streamlines the payout process, which means owners get their money faster. No more looking in the mailbox everyday for your check.
Imperium will furnish you with an year-end income/expense breakdown if you request to help with you tax preparation. You'll also receive a 1099-MISC to provide your accountant.
