We will thoroughly evaluate all the applications we receive and make our final decision based on the most qualified applicant. At Imperium, we’ve learned that spending extra time up front evaluating applicants is critical to the long-term success of our business, both as owners and third-party managers. We run scored credit reports, eviction reports, and criminal background checks on all adult applicants. We also attempt to verify various other pieces of pertinent information about the prospective resident such as income, employment history, and housing history from past employers and landlords or through documentation received directly from the applicant.
