Now that your property is in “ready to rent” condition, we will determine the appropriate rental value and then find a good resident to take occupancy. We will use a comprehensive marketing plan to get your property great exposure through a variety of different mediums, from internet advertisng to old-fashioned signs. Our property management software, Appfolio, places photos and descriptions of your property on dozens of home and apartment rental websites that it has relationships with and drives prospective tenants our way. Your property will be listed on many high-traffic websites, such as Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com and Craigslist.org, along with the MLS and other rental websites. We may also use signage, message boards, printed media, real estate meetings, and other outlets in an attempt to attract as many qualified residents as possible.
We are constantly evaluating current market rents in your area, along with overall housing trends and know what rental rate is fair for the neighborhood, which helps minimize the time your property sits vacant. With permission, we will put lockboxes on your property so other Realtors have access and can show the home easily. We make ourselves available seven days a week to prospective residents who may be interested in viewing your home.
